Long story short, Joseph Kony has been forcing over 30,000 kids to work as child soldiers, mutilate others, carry guns, kill their parents, work as sex slaves all for his own personal game in Uganda. This has been going on for over 20 years and the only reason he hasn't be captured yet is that people just don't know what is going on.

KONY2012 is a campaign started by Invisible Children to help make this guy famous for what he is done in the hopes for his capture.

What needs to happen is awareness.
